1. Services

ArborCare NZ Ltd provides professional arborist and tree care services as described on this website. All work is carried out by qualified, insured arborists to NZ Arb and industry standards.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was assessed during the quote visit.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out fee. We will always try to reschedule where possible.

4. Insurance & Liability

ArborCare NZ holds comprehensive public liability insurance ($2M). We take every precaution to prevent damage during tree work. Any claims must be made within 7 days of work completion.

5. Council Consents

It is the property owner's responsibility to obtain any necessary council consents before tree work is carried out. We can advise on consent requirements and prepare arborist reports, but the consent application is the owner's responsibility.

6. Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
