Large Pohutukawa Removal in Remuera, Auckland
A 15-metre pohutukawa had developed significant structural defects including a large cavity at the base and co-dominant stems with included bark. The tree overhung a heritage villa and was within falling distance of a neighbouring property. Auckland Council required a detailed arborist report before any work could proceed.
Emergency Storm Damage Response in Karori, Wellington
A severe northerly storm brought down three large macrocarpa trees across a residential property in Karori, blocking the driveway, damaging a fence, and leaving one tree resting against the house roof. The homeowners were unable to access their property and needed urgent assistance.
Section Clearing for New Build in Merivale, Christchurch
A developer purchased a large Merivale section for a new residential build. The site contained 22 trees of varying species and sizes, including a notable copper beech that the council required to be retained. The developer needed the site cleared efficiently while protecting the copper beech and complying with Christchurch City Council's tree protection rules.

A 120-year-old sycamore in Arrowtown's Historic Heritage Precinct had developed a significant dead-wood load and several crossing branches causing bark abrasion. The tree is heritage-listed and contributes to Arrowtown's famous autumn colour display.
